PSH
Partnership was set up by Andrew Staniszewski in 1990 to provide
Compliance Consultancy services across the whole spectrum
of the Financial Services sector. Since 2003 the firm has
been working closely with Richmond
Compliance Limited and The
Hulford Consultancy in order to provide greater resource
and even wider expertise, as well as an enhanced joint marketing
facility through Compliance
Consortium Ltd.
Although PSH Partnership undertakes a wide
variety of work, it specialises in the needs of intermediaries
of all disciplines, whether large or small, including Networks
and prides itself on providing cost effective and bespoke
services specifically tailored to each client. |

Major
High Street Bank
12 month consultancy project for the Unit Trust Managers of
a High Street bank. This was followed by a PIA Visit after
which the Managers were given a “no faults - clean bill
of health”
Large IFA Firm
Appointed as Skilled Person, approved by the FSA, to help
the Firm carry out remedial work following an FSA Visit. The
Firm has since become a major client.
Specialist Product Provider
Carried out development work for a product provider on EZPUTS.

Manual
and Procedure Writing
Many such projects over the years. Most recently developed
Combined Compliance and T&C Manuals and Internal Procedures
for a major outsourcing firm.
Mortgage Network
Set up new mortgage network in anticipation of Mortgage Regulation
in 2004.
Mortgage and General Insurance
regulation
Worked with Richmond Compliance Limited to assist large IFA/
General Insurance brokerage in preparation for regulation
in 2004 and 2005.
