Before setting up PSH Partnership, Andrew was a property litigator, then an Allied Dunbar lawyer, before becoming the Compliance Director of a major IFA Network.

He has worked in most of the regulatory regimes during his 28 years in the Financial Services Industry, and since starting the consultancy in 1990, he has had an enviable track record in setting up and implementing a wide variety of compliance oriented projects, both large and small.

He is also associated with Compliance Consortium Ltd .

Andrew is a member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants, the Federation of Small Businesses and an Associate of the Compliance Institute.

PSH Partnership was set up by Andrew Staniszewski in 1990 to provide Compliance Consultancy services across the whole spectrum of the Financial Services sector.

Since 2003 the firm has been working closely with Richmond Compliance Limited and The Hulford Consultancy in order to provide greater resource and even wider expertise, as well as an enhanced joint marketing facility through Compliance Consortium Ltd.
